Set your cream cheese out to get it close to room temp, about 20 minutes or so oughta do it.
Put your drained pickles in a food processor and coarsely chop with a couple pulses, add your cream cheese and spices and pulse a few more times until combined.Mix shredded cheese in by hand until combined. Obviously, you could chop and mix the entire thing by hand, as well, also super easy.
Cover and chill for at least an hour or overnight, serve with some dried or fresh dill on top and some crackers or crostini. Feel free to adjust the ingredients to your preference and add some of your own flavors as well! Enjoy
