What’s in this?
Check the respective product page for a full list of ingredients- they’re listed in order of major use in each product.
This looked different the last time I bought it- why is that?
We handcraft all of our products in small batches- using the best of what's available from our local growers, sourcing the rest responsibly. Sometimes frost, changes in climate and differences in crops can create natural variation in color, or for some produce that we use in our pickles, size. If a variety that we traditionally use isn't up to our standards- we sometimes substitute for an available item that will taste the same, with a slightly different look.
What’s a shrub?
Also known as drinking vinegars, a shrub is a method of preserving fruit in sugar and vinegar that’s been around since the Colonial Era. They’re refreshing and different in cocktails or in club soda/carbonated water.
I’m not sure what to do with my jar/bottle of _____. How would you recommend using it?

My jar/bottle is empty! What do I do with it?
