Pikliz: Spicy Haitian Pickled Slaw

Pikliz is a traditional, spicy slaw from Haiti. Pickled carrots and cabbage are shredded along with Scotch Bonnet peppers (all of which were sourced from Pearl Family Farms in Parkville, MO) and a touch of clove. This product is a great additional to any braised or fatty meat dishes, sandwiches, burgers, hot dogs or red beans and rice.
